Popular Recipes for Coconut Acai

How to make a Coconut Acai bowl:

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup frozen blueberries (about 100g)
  • 2/3 cup frozen mango (can substitute with your favorite fruit!)
  • 1/2 of a frozen banana
  • 4 tbsp (about 30g) of NewNew Foods Coconut Acai
  • 1 tbsp drinking water (about 20ml)

1. Combine the frozen blueberry, frozen Mango, frozen banana, Coconut Acai powder, and drinking water in a high-speed blender. Choose the “puree” function and blend until smooth. (If the mixture is having trouble blending, add more water).

2.Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl

3. Add your favorite toppings! 1/2 of a fresh banana (sliced), fresh kiwis (sliced), fresh strawberries (sliced), blueberries, and other fruits or nuts of your choice. 

4. Serve and enjoy!

 

Iced Coconut Acai

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp of NewNew Foods Coconut Acai (about 30g)
  • 2oz Hot water
  • 1 measuring cup of Ice cubes (about 110g)

 1. Mix Coconut Acai with hot water until completely dissolved.

 2. Add ice and mix well (goal is to mix until most of the ice has melted into the drink)

 3. Enjoy!

 

Hot Coconut Acai

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp of NewNew Foods Coconut Acai (about 30g)
  • 6oz Hot water

1. In a mug, add Coconut Acai and pour in the HOT water.

2. Stir until powder has been completely dissolved.

3. Enjoy!
