How to make a Coconut Pitaya bowl

 Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup frozen strawberries (about 100g)
  • 2/3 cup frozen raspberries (can substitute with another fruit you like!)
  • 1/2 of a frozen banana
  • 2 heaping tbsp (about 30g) of NewNew Foods Coconut Pitaya
  • 1 tbsp of drinking water (about 20ml)

1. Combine frozen strawberries, frozen raspberries, frozen banana, Coconut Pitaya, and drinking water in a high-speed blender. Choose the “puree” function and blend until smooth. (If the mixture is having trouble blending, add more water).

2.Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl

3. Add your favorite toppings! Fresh blackberries, fresh strawberries (sliced), fresh kiwis (sliced), granola, almonds, coconut flakes, and other fruits or nuts of your choice. 

4. Serve and enjoy!

Iced Coconut Pitaya

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp of NewNew Foods Coconut Pitaya (about 30g)
  • 2oz Hot water
  • 1 measuring cup of Ice cubes (about 110g)

 1. Mix Coconut Pitaya with hot water until completely dissolved.

 2. Add ice and mix well (goal is to mix until most of the ice has melted into the drink)

 3. Enjoy!

 

Hot Coconut Pitaya

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp of NewNew Foods Coconut Pitaya (about 30g)
  • 6oz Hot water

1. In a mug, add Coconut Pitaya and pour in the HOT water.

2. Stir until powder has been completely dissolved.

3. Enjoy!
