How to make a Coconut Matcha bowl:

 Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas (about 120g each)
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple (about 100g)
  • 1/4 cup spinach (can substitute another vegetable of your choice)
  • 4 tbsp (about 30g) of NewNew Foods Coconut Matcha
  • 1 tbsp drinking water (about 20ml)

1. Combine frozen bananas, frozen pineapple, spinach, Coconut Matcha, and drinking water in a high-speed blender. Choose the “puree” function and blend until smooth. (If the mixture is having trouble blending, add more water).

2. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl

3. Add your favorite toppings: 1/2 of a fresh banana (sliced), fresh raspberries, coconut flakes, chia seeds, almonds (sliced), and other fruits or nuts of your choice.

4. Serve and enjoy!

Iced Coconut Matcha

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp of NewNew Foods Coconut Matcha (about 30g)
  • 2oz Hot water
  • 1 measuring cup of Ice cubes (about 110g)

 1. Mix Coconut Matcha with hot water until completely dissolved.

 2. Add ice and mix well (goal is to mix until most of the ice has melted into the drink)

 3. Enjoy!

 

Hot Coconut Matcha

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp of NewNew Foods Coconut Matcha (about 30g)
  • 6oz Hot water

1. In a mug, add Coconut Matcha and pour in the HOT water.

2. Stir until powder has been completely dissolved.

3. Enjoy!
